How do I calculate my delivery costs?

As you are shopping, you can generate estimated shipping quotes on every product by entering your postcode into the ‘Estimate Shipping’ field under the ‘Delivery and Returns’ tab

For a final shipping cost based on every item in your order, add the item(s) to the shopping cart and type in your postcode. This will calculate the estimated delivery charges and also give you different delivery options if available. Click update total to add to your cart totals, and ‘Check Out’ to continue.

Delivery FAQ's

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Usually, our freight deliveries require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that the items have been received in a reasonable order. However, if you anticipate that you might not be at home for your delivery and there is a safe place out of the weather at your address that the items can be left, please select the option ‘authority to leave’ at checkout.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

If an authority to leave is provided as part of your order confirmation process, your order will be left in a safe, undercover area at your address. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver can use their discretion to not leave the parcel.

If you have not provided an authority to leave, our shipping partner will leave a notice at your home to advise they attempted delivery, it will contain information on how to contact them to organise an alternative delivery arrangement and the items will be returned to their nearest depot.

If your order is held by the courier for an extended period of time following an attempted delivery, or is returned to our warehouse undelivered and needs to be resent, additional charges for storage fees and associated shipping costs may be applied.

What do I need to bring when I collect my parcel from the Post Office?

In order to collect your items from the post office you will be required to bring the following items:

  • Photo ID, such as your driver’s licence or passport
  • Tracking/delivery reference

At Trendigo, we work closely with our suppliers and manufacturers to provide accurate lead times and delivery estimates. However, due to factors beyond our control, including material sourcing, manufacturing delays, and international shipping disruptions, there may be unavoidable changes to the estimated timeframes.
